11 December 2020 1pm – 2pm Webinar Online

Overview

With COVID-19 cases surging, a second lockdown in place and remote working being extended, loneliness, depression and anxiety is likely to be considered one of the biggest health concerns for the future.

With many people working remotely, now more than ever businesses need to take extra steps to look after their employee’s mental health and wellbeing. But what part do employees play in looking after their own mental health? What can individuals do for themselves when it comes to self-care?

This webinar hosted by CJ Green will cover key aspects on how businesses can assist their employees through these uncertain times, and what individuals can do to look after their own wellbeing and mental health to ensure they don’t risk burnout.

Topics will include:

  • The rise of mindfulness, mental and physical resilience including digital mental health apps
  • Redundancy and how to cope
  • The reality of working from home
  • What businesses can do to ensure a happy workplace when we eventually do return to the office

In this webinar, Tom Oxley, Workplace Director, Rachel Jackson, Leadership and Organisation Development Consultant and Coach, Karen Farrell, Mindfulness Coach and Julie Finnikin, Staff Happiness Strategist will give attendees simple and practical techniques on how they can take charge of their own mental health and what businesses can do to ensure a happy and engaged workforce.
