22 April 2021 9am – 5pm Exhibition Online

Overview

Thursday 22nd April 2021 marks the date on which we will be holding the 20th Government Property conference, the latest in an unbroken series going back to 2002.  This year’s conference is an important part of the second “Government Property Month” which will see a range of activities across April celebrating the role of the property professional and acknowledging the importance of their contribution.

Staged once again in association with the Office of Government Property, the 2021 conference will  focus on achieving net zero, innovations in property and estate management, workplace changes caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and as always will share best practice, first in the opening plenary session and in greater detail in the breakout sessions which will follow.

The 2020 conference was acclaimed by many of the 300 plus delegates who attended (there was in fact a waiting list for delegate places) as the best to date and the challenge now is to not only equal that success but to surpass it, a challenge that both we and OGP are relishing.

For the first time the conference will be virtual, with exhibitors and speakers being hosted on-line and delegates able to interact in real time with them and their fellow delegates.
