Overview

Webinar: join us for ‘Hybrid working: how do you make it a reality?’

Work has changed during the pandemic and hybrid working – spreading work between home and the office - is projected to become mainstream, but how do we make it a reality?

Register your place now for our next episode of ‘Navigating turbulent times’ when I will be joined by industry experts to tackle some of the big questions around the practicalities of transitioning your people to hybrid working and what this shift to a new way of working means for workplace and facilities professionals. Roughly half of the episode will be dedicated to taking your questions, so get involved and we’ll do our best to help.

The third and latest phase of IWFM’s time-series research into remote working and expectations from employees for the future found that the vast majority want and expect a move to hybrid working, with nearly half (44%) planning to work from the office for 3 days or fewer a week.

Now, several major organisations have announced their intent to move to hybrid working, with many others expected to follow suit.

What does this mean for the workplace and facilities profession trying to make hybrid working a reality? What are the challenges and opportunities? How does the flexibility and choice afforded by hybrid working translate in and beyond the office environment? What business functions need to be included on the journey and how are relationships changing across those functions?

Join us on Wednesday to find out more and send in your questions during the bumper Q&A session.
