Webinar: join us for ‘Introducing the NEC4 Facilities Management Contract’ suite

Register now for ‘Navigating turbulent times’ episode 51 when Anne Kinder, Senior Consultant at Nodus Solutions Limited, and our expert panel discusses and takes your questions on the new NEC4 Facilities Management Contract (FMC) suite: why the need for a new contract, who developed it, what’s new and how can workplace and facilities professionals use it?

IWFM members have long cried out for a standard contract to help them achieve the wide variety of requirements facilities management needs through collaborative contractual relationships.

After huge collaborative efforts from IWFM stakeholders, including repeated consultation with the facilities market and substantial input from our NEC Steering Group, which included members from the IWFM Procurement and International SIGs, the NEC has now launched the NEC4 Facilities Management Contract suite.

Joining Anne at midday on Wednesday 23 July is a panel of prominent professionals who, like Anne, contributed to the creation of the FMC. They are:

Andy Candelent: IWFM Steering Group & ISIG

Ian Heaphy: NEC Contract Board

Chris Jeffers: IWFM Steering Group & Procurement SIG

As usual, the episode will feature a Q&A session for you to pose your questions.
