Overview

The IWFMs Annual General Meeting provides members with the opportunity to engage with the Board and exercise their vote to contribute to the future direction of the Institute.

Based on the current Covid situation and the need to ensure we comply with Government and Public Health England’s guidelines. We will be holding a hybrid AGM where a small number of members will be able to attend the IWFM's Head Office in Bishops Stortford, but this will be on a first come first booked basis.  All other members will be able to join the AGM virtually.

Registrations

All members are eligible to attend the IWFM AGM. However, based on the current situation we will be limiting the numbers allowed to attend the venue, based on government guidelines, therefore you will be expected to pre-register using the ‘book’ link shown.

This will enable us to manage your safety and the numbers attending. It will also enable us to send out webinar invites in advance of the meeting for attendees wishing to join the live stream AGM.

Additional information

UK Engage is the IWFM’s independent scrutineer and manage both the NED nominations, NED voting and Resolution voting via an on-line platform, which is emailed directly to eligible voting members, this process will continue as normal.

Based on having to change the date of the AGM to 30 Sept, the on-line and proxy voting for both NEDs and AGM Resolutions will now move to the end of August.
