The IWFMs Annual General Meeting provides members with the opportunity to engage with the Board and exercise their vote to contribute to the future direction of the Institute.

Based on the current Covid situation and the need to ensure we comply with Government and Public Health England’s guidelines - we will be holding a virtual AGM and only a very small number of members will be able to attend in person to the IWFM's Head Office in Bishops Stortford.

All members will be able to join the AGM virtually, and you will have been sent a link to the join the IWFM AGM virtually on the Monday before the AGM.

Registrations

All members are eligible to attend the IWFM AGM. However, based on the current situation we have limited the numbers allowed to attend in person. Therefore please register on the webinar to participate, via the email sent to you.

Additional information

UK Engage is the IWFM’s independent scrutineer and manage both the NED nominations, NED voting and Resolution voting via an on-line platform, which is emailed directly to eligible voting members, this process will continue as normal.
