30 March 2022 12.30pm – 3.45pm Community Gardiner & Theobald

Overview

After a difficult and at times unsettling two years that have changed the workplace and thrown up unique challenges, join IWFM’s People Management SIG for an opportunity to interact face-to-face with experienced coaches who will help you understand how coaching can help increase your confidence in the workplace.

  • Perhaps you have been out of the workplace for a while, through maternity leave, illness, time out for the family or redundancy
  • Maybe you are returning to the office for the first time after working at home through the pandemic
  • You may have been working on-site through the pandemic and wonder how you can keep going
  • You could be looking for a new job or want to raise your visibility in your current role
  • As a manager or senior executive, you may wonder how you can perform at a higher level.

Whatever your reason, coaching can help.

Join us at this interactive coaching event with three experienced coaches to find out how coaching for confidence could help you (and your teams): overcome individual issues, allowing you to move forward; and how you can find a coach best suited to your needs.

We have organised this lunchtime session for a limited number of people to explore the options open to them, so please let us know if you register and can no longer attend.

Here is the event schedule:

  • 12.30pm - Tea/coffee and networking
  • 1pm– Introduction and roundtable coaching discussions
  • 2.45pm – Questions to the coaches
  • 3pm- 3.45pm Tea/coffee networking – the coaches will be available to answer further questions

This event could help shape your future. We look forward to seeing you there.
