Adrian Brooks

Principal , Avison Young’s Workplace business

Adrian Brooks is a Principal within Avison Young’s Workplace business, based in London, Adrian is responsible for a range of shared service functions supporting both Occupiers and Landlord/Investors including a strategic consulting team. He is Chairman of the British Standards Institution’s Facilities Management Strategy committee, lectures internationally on facilities management and is also the author of Total Facilities Management soon to be published in its 5th edition and Effective Facilities Management – A guide to good practice.

Jason Cousins

Director of Facilities Management, Lazard

Jason Cousins who is director of facilities management at Lazard, the world’s leading independent financial advisory and asset management firm, based just off London’s Piccadilly. He’s been there for 2 years and prior to that has a career in law firms including spells at Womble Bond Dickinson and Olswang together with working for CBRE at Macquarie Bank and at Eversheds.

Jason was also former chair of the IWFM London region, a role he held for many years and is now chair of Members’ Council.

Lisa Gilbert

Head of CAFM systems, ENGIE International

Trained as a lawyer, but moved into International FM Services some 13 years ago. Starting as Facilities Manager for UK & Ireland working with CA Technologies, then moving on to a role as European Operations Manager where Lisa was managing 16 client sites across Northern Europe, UK and Ireland.  

Lisa then moved into her current role as Head of CAFM systems for ENGIE International, and for the last 5 years has been project managing the implementation and development of key IT systems, for use in the management of Global FM Service contracts.  Lisa has a breadth of knowledge of the nuances of working across international borders within the FM industry, and more specifically with CAFM and other IT Systems – something which has been vital to the continued operation of many businesses globally during these unprecedented times.

Liz Kentish

Co-founder, Kentish and Co

Liz Kentish is an ambassador and role model for those in facilities management, the built environment and the many other sectors of industry that Kentish and Co work in. She conducts business honestly and openly and talks about management in an extremely human way that removes some of the barriers put up by 'business'. Her enthusiasm and passion for supporting people is described as inspiring and she is seen as genuinely positive and straightforward. She is someone with tireless energy and a real passion for developing and adding value to teams, individuals and organisations.
