Rupa Datta

Founder, Portfolio People

Rupa is a recovering recruiter having spent the early part of her career in that industry. Passionate about the changing face of the future of work, she created Portfolio People to help people build and understand the value of a portfolio career. 

She holds a Masters in Business Administration from Henley Business School and over the last decade has been involved in championing mobile workforce solutions within the facilities management sector, and more recently, runs the operations for a rapidly expanding property networking organisation. 

In 2020, Rupa became the youngest woman in the UK and Ireland to be elected as Club Growth Director for Toastmasters International, a communication and leadership development organisation. In the last two years, she has contributed to two Amazon best-selling career books: The Exceptional Sales Career and The Bounce Back Journey of Careers. 

Wayne Young

Facilities Manager, Just Eat

I am an experienced Facilities Management professional with a passion for innovation and a specific interest in the development of teams and the success of young people in the sector. Recognised in 2019 by being awarded the Worshipful Company of Pattenmakers Young FM Manager of the year, I am an active committee member of the Young Pattenmakers and the IWFM People Management SIG, as well as judging for the 2019 IWFM annual awards. 

I have worked in FM for nearly 10 years and have worked in a number of industries, including Education, Logistics and healthcare. I have recently joined Just Eat to head up the FM function in the UK.
