19 January 2021 12pm – 1pm Webinar Online

Overview

Our latest webinar which focuses on Procurement will be brought to you jointly by our UAE, London and Nigeria regions as well as our Procurement SIG.

This is a crucial dimension of any commercial activity. For this one-hour event, we will discuss how procurement activities differ across the FM sector: from Good Practice Guides, to ISOs, to current performances in Abu Dhabi, Lagos and London.

In an industry that is becoming increasingly performance-centric, how have our outsourcing and contracting processes matured? Does Vendor Management only work for large organisations? How does one demonstrate added value in a cost-driven market? How have SME specialists handled and survived their cashflow issues during COVID pandemic?

We’ll hear how a variety of organisations approach Procurement, what it means to them and to discuss what makes for good Supply Chain Management.

Our host Sara Momtaz is joined by a selection of four specialists, drawn from three different cities, countries and time zones, united by their membership of an international institute and a common interest in professional development by sharing knowledge and experiences.

This will be an interactive, dynamic session, with polls on key topics, plus a Q&A session, providing an opportunity for the audience to put their questions directly to the panel.
