Webinar: join us for ‘What’s your leadership style? And how does it change under pressure?’

Register now for episode 33 of ‘Navigating turbulent times’ when we are joined by ‘The Queen of Behaviours’, Vicky O’Farrell, as she helps us to identify our leadership style and how it affects others when we’re under pressure.

What kind of leader are you? When we are in flow and everything is going our way – a good night’s rest, the sun is shining, the day is going smoothly and clients are happy - we can sub-consciously give more to our teams as a leader.

However, what happens to us when we are not in flow? When we have over-slept or slept too little, it’s a miserable day, we’ve had an argument with a partner and it seems like nothing is going right?

When we are in flow and on autopilot, our behaviours reflect that and are easily recognised by those around us. Unfortunately, life is not always straight forward and pressure can come from many different places, affecting our behaviours, personality and actions.

Join Vicky for a look at how to recognise and understand our dominate leadership style and the impact we have on others when our behaviours change under stress.
