The Role of FM in Increasing Recycling in England

The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) recently consulted on a number of proposals to increase the consistency in materials collected for recycling in England. On Monday 30 September 2019. Peter Brogan (Head of Research and Insight, IWFM), Robert Vaughan (Head of Recycling, Defra) and Sam Hare (Recycling Policy Adviser, Defra) gave a rundown of the current state of play for business recycling and how facilities management companies can play a large role in informing future government policy and best practice.
