Women in FM together with Engie and Business in the Community explore the opportunity to create a new industry standard around responsible business.
With UK energy and services companies are facing evermore public scrutiny of their business. Their customers, employees, suppliers, partners and other key stakeholders want to see companies doing more to strengthen their business practices and demonstrate how they contribute to society more widely.
We will be discussing what it means to be a Responsible Business by focusing on how companies can create fair business growth, improve transparency and accountability, integrate fair and inclusive workplace practices and maximise social and environmental value. We will highlight what challenges are present, current trends affecting the industry, how success is measured and how we can work together to achieve more.
Featuring various presentations, a round table discussion and Q&A Session, we'll explore what being a responsible business means and what that looks like for the FM Industry.
We look forward to seeing you there!
