Pay and prospects 2018/19 findings paint a positive picture

The Institute is pleased to reveal that the results for our Pay and Prospects 2018/19 Survey are now available, following responses from 467 workplace and facilities professionals, who shared their views on pay, benefits and future plans within our industry.

Findings paint a positive picture in terms of CPD opportunities, the benefits of IWFM qualifications and membership, salary levels and future expectations for the profession.

Now in its fourteenth year, the survey continues to build on the knowledge gained from the  ‘salary survey’ in previous years. The survey’s purpose is to identify trends in pay, working conditions and prospects for new and existing workplace and facilities management professionals.

We use the trend data gained over the last thirteen years to help us provide the industry with a detailed picture of current working conditions within the sector and emerging trends, as well as to track future changes.

For in-depth coverage, keep an eye on industry magazine Facilitate’s online column and June's edition for their unique analysis.
