We are pleased to confirm that IWFM has been accredited by the Good Business Charter (GBC), an independent not-for-profit organisation which recognises organisations that exhibit good business behaviours.

To be accredited by the GBC, organisations are measured over 10 components: the real Living Wage, fairer hours and contracts, employee well-being, employee representation, diversity and inclusion, environmental responsibility, paying fair tax, commitment to customers, ethical sourcing, and prompt payment.

The GBC, which is open to private sector, public sector and charities of all sizes, aims to encourage responsible business behaviour and publicly acknowledge those organisations who exhibit such behaviour.

Reacting to the news of our accreditation, IWFM Chief Executive Linda Hausmanis said: ‘As a professional body, promoting good practice is fundamental to our being and if we are to talk the talk, we must demonstrate we can walk the walk. We are proud to be part of this important initiative and will strive towards a more ethical, responsible, compassionate and inclusive world.’
