Ricoh

A number of IWFM members took part in a future of work roundtable arranged and hosted by Ricoh earlier this year, the outcomes of which fed into the recently released report ‘Leading change at work - Devising your digital workplace strategy’, which you can read here.

Ricoh, who are also in a formal partnership with IWFM, sought IWFM’s help to source expert views from the facilities management sector; the members we contacted duly obliged, providing important FM insights which have been combined with expertise from IT, HR and financial operations to produce the subsequent report.

As Peter Brogan, IWFM’s Head of Research and Insight, put it in the foreword of the report: ‘This roundtable provided the opportunity to discuss the barriers… and provide clear recommendations to our senior industry leaders on what FM needs to support the design of the modern office.’
