We are sad to report the passing of IWFM Awards lead judge Lesley Seville.

Lesley joined the IWFM Impact Awards judging panel five years ago, having served the facilities profession for over forty years in the NHS, managing all non-clinical support services throughout her career. The Institute was fortunate to benefit from Lesley’s considerable knowledge and expertise in a number of Award categories including Innovation in Product or Service, Customer Experience and most recently Newcomer of the Year, a category she particularly enjoyed judging during what was the Institute’s first ever virtual ceremony in October.

Chair of Judges Julie Kortens said ”Lesley was a superb asset to the judging community. As well as bringing to our Awards the enthusiasm, passion and professionalism she had shown throughout her successful FM career, she was a lovely colleague to have on the team. I’m proud to have known her and I extend heartfelt condolences to her husband and family at this time”.
