Overview
In support of International Women in Engineering Day and in partnership with Sodexo and Astrazeneca, please join us as we celebrate the talented women in engineering and understand the keys to success and survival in the industry.
We will delve into the careers and pathways taken by a group of successful women in engineering and explore career journeys, overcoming obstacles, the importance of allies and building a great network, the advantages of mentorship/reverse mentorship and how to mould this into your career. We will also look at how we shape the future to encourage more women into FM/engineering and help retain them once they are in the sector.
There will be a great opportunity to network in a fun and informative way. We will also be treated to a lovely lunch by the award-winning Sodexo Chef's on site, so please be sure to let us know of any dietary or access requirements when booking, so we can make your visit is an enjoyable one.
