Nadia Ibrahim is a renowned sustainability expert with over 15 years of experience in UAE and the region. She has well defined expertise in multiple sustainability fields including Net Zero & Decarbonization, ESG, Energy Management, Circular Economy & Waste as well as in Sustainable Tourism.

She is a well-known sustainability expert in Middle East and is featured in many leading sustainability & ESG conferences in Middle East as speaker and panellist including CoP 28 where she was represented in multiple panels. She is a Board Member for the Advanced Net Zero Volunteering a Program under Dubai Supreme Council created to advance Net Zero Cities in the Middle East. She was an ex- Board Member for United National Global Compact- UAE Chapter driving sustainability for business in UAE. She is currently serving as Middle East Director for Sustainability with Ricardo PLC a UK based international environmental & engineering consultancy leading the sustainability services in Middle East. She is passionate about integrating environmental & social concepts into her work and works actively towards changing the way companies view sustainability and social responsibility, from mandatory to an opportunity to innovate.

Qualified with master’s in environmental management, she is a Certified Green Globe Auditor for Sustainable Tourism, TRUE Certified Auditor for Zero Waste as well have educational credentials for Carbon Management, ESG, Energy Management etc. She has wide experience on offering sustainability consulting & advisory services for wide range of Clientele from Governments to commercial organization, industries, real estate developers, retailers as well as the hospitality sector and had worked with many leading organizations in UAE & Middle East driving sustainability.   

Yasin Kasirga

Decarbonization Leader - Middle East & Africa Carobon Solutions, Gas Power GE Vernova
Yasin Kasirga leads GE Vernova’s Decarbonization business covering Middle East & Africa. Yasin and his team are closely collaborating with GE Vernova’s customers and partners to achieve their individual decarbonization/Net Zero targets, while keeping an eye on economic viability and supporting 

them in strengthening their position for a decarbonized energy future. The collaborative decarbonization solutions span over a wide range of ready-to-deploy as well as emerging/innovative solutions; from pre-combustion decarbonization through low-carbon/no-carbon fuels to post-combustion carbon capture technologies. 

Yasin has 18+ years of technical and commercial experience in strategy, business development, execution, marketing and sales, with a strong track record of developing/selling/building more than 5GW of gas plants and more than 6GW Renewables (hydro, solar, geothermal and 25+ Wind Power Plants) within Europe, Middle East and Africa. 

He has been in leadership roles with increasing responsibilities within GE, leading Sales for Wind and Hydro, leading Market Development for the Hybrids Business, and leading Project Execution for Wind projects covering the MENAT region. 

Most recently, Yasin has served as a Senior Energy Advisor and Member of the Energy Transition Team leading the initiatives under COP28 Climate Conference at the Office of the UAE Presidency Climate Change Special Envoy, where he led the “Tripling Renewable Energy and Doubling Energy Efficiency” pledge, along with supporting the Oil & Gas Decarbonization Charter, Industrial Decarbonization Alliance. 

He was one of the co-authors of the report “TRIPLING RENEWABLE POWER AND DOUBLING ENGERGY EFFICIENCY BY 2030 – CRUCIAL STEPS TOWARDS 1.5C” issued by the COP28 Presidency, IRENA, and the Global Renewables Alliance. 

Prior to joining GE, Yasin worked as a Business Development and Sales Manager in charge of Gas, Hydro, Wind, Nuclear, Geothermal and Renewable Steam Plants Businesses in Alstom Turkey, following 8 years of Project Management and EPC experience with Gama Power and Calik Enerji, building industrial and power plants across Europe and Middle East. 

Yasin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with an Executive MBA from Middle East Technical University. His also a graduate of GE’s signature leadership development program (XLP). 

Eng. Fahad Mohamed CIWFM, CMCA

Director - Dubai & NE, Adeeb Group

Fahad Mohamed is the Director – Dubai & NE with Adeeb Group which specializes in Facilities Management and MEP Contracting. In this capacity, Fahad oversees the overall business and growth of the group in Dubai and Northern Emirates Region.

Fahad holds a Master’s Degree in Facilities Management and a Bachelors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with Honors. He is a certified internal auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and has completed certification in IOSH Managing Safety, multiple Association Management Courses under RERA, Certified MEFMA Trainer and holds certified member status at Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management.

He has over sixteen years’ experience in both public and private sectors and has a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of various aspects such as operations, procurement, technical services, asset and property management.

Kulvinder Singh

Director of Facilities Management , New York University Abu Dhabi

Kulvinder Singh is the Director of Facilities/Asset Management at New York University Abu Dhabi and prior to taking this role, Kulvinder served as the Senior Asset Manager at Tamkeen Abu Dhabi on the New York University Abu Dhabi project. In his current capacity, Kulvinder is responsible for 5 services verticals that includes Facilities Management, Asset Management, Sustainability Management, Lifecycle Management, and Transportation Services.

Kulvinder has over 20 years of comprehensive experience in real estate and asset management, operations and facilities management, project management, fitout and construction management of high-profile assets in the region, spanning higher education, retail, corporate commercial, residential and hospitality industry. Kulvinder has worked in different capacities representing asset owners, design and consultancy firms, contractors and service providers, and adopts a whole-life approach with managing assets.

Kulvinder speaks regularly at industry events, and was also recognized by REMS Times as the 50 most influential Real Estate managers in the UAE. Kulvinder is a Certified Member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM), a Committee Member of the UAE Chapter of IWFM, and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Asset Management.

Kulvinder holds a MSc in Facility Management and Diploma in Asset Management. Kulvinder is currently pursuing his Masters in Sustainability Leadership in the Built Environment from University of Cambridge.

Antonios Vouloudis

Director of Sustainability and Stewardship, New York University Abu Dhabi

Antonios is responsible for transforming NYUAD's sustainability vision into a broad strategic Climate Action Plan. Antonios plays a key role in the development and implementation of NYUAD’s Climate Action plan that that will enable the university to measure its greenhouse gas emissions and set clear, measurable targets for reducing these as we move forward.

Antonios joined NYUAD from the government of Abu Dhabi, where he worked as Senior Project Manager the ‘For Abu Dhabi’ initiative of the Ghadan 21 program at the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT).

Prior to that, he held senior roles with Estidama at DMT, the sustainability initiative of Abu Dhabi and previously, he was the Sustainability/Energy Management Engineer with Sheikh Khalifa Medical City and Abu Dhabi Medical Rehabilitation Center among other projects. Antonios holds a Master of Science in Renewable Energy Systems Engineering from the University of Surrey, UK, and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Democritus University of Thrace, Greece.
