Yorgo Lykouria is an award-winning designer and the founder of Rainlight Studio, a renowned multi-disciplinary design studio based in London. For more than 20 years Yorgo has created artefacts that inspire people to live imaginatively and courageously in the present. With an extensive career in architecture, interiors and industrial design - across continents and cultures - Yorgo brings an expansive, holistic perspective to any design challenge.

Yorgo has gained international recognition for his innovative and human-centric approach to design, creating spaces and artefacts that blend beauty, functionality, and sustainability. Yorgo has collaborated with some of the world’s leading manufacturers for more than two decades. His work has been widely recognized with numerous accolades, including the Red Dot Best of the Best Design Award, the iF Design Award, German Design Awards, Good Design Awards, and named Product Designer of the year in 2021.
