Simone is the author of 'The Human-Centric Workplace and Group Director Workplace Consultancy at Vpod Smart Solutions, with 17 year's experience in the WFM industry, an MBA in FM and, as a Fellow, is a NED of IWFM.

Simon is a workplace thought-leader who’s passionate about creating human-centric workplaces, with a fundamental focus on people. I hone in on the employee experience, workplace culture and organisational performance, using data insights to deliver change and business improvement in regard to culture, space, process, and technology. 

Ian Harrison

As a member of the leadership board for ‘People and Skills,’ for the Centre for the New Midlands, Ian works with senior leaders and their teams around the UK supporting them to create sustainable productive communities.  He is passionate about creating work environments where people can thrive, which in turns benefits business by increases productivity, attracting the best talent and retaining the best people.  

Ian spent 19 years as the minister of churches in and around the West Midlands. He has sat on the board of charities and, for two years, was part of the volunteer team that delivered TEDxBrum.

Ian lives in Wolverhampton but at the weekend you’ll find him at Ewood Park watching Blackburn Rovers.
