Leaders throughout the Middle East facilities management sector are being urged to share their views on the state of the sector, with the launch of BIFM’s fourth annual Middle East FM Business Confidence Monitor (BCM), open for responses until Sunday 22 April 2018.

Once again, BIFM is collaborating with FM Expo and publishers i-FM to measure buoyancy across the FM industry in the Middle East and gauge the current thinking and attitudes that sit at the heart of our dynamic and growing sector. This will enable an assessment of the confidence, ambition and priorities of organisations operating in the Middle East FM market.

The monitor invites opinion on current business performance, future business plans and individual career prospects by canvassing the views of senior decision makers and teams on the ground delivering FM services.

BIFM’s Senior International Business Development Manager Neil Everitt commented: “The Middle East FM BCM is a great barometer for the industry, offering a unique insight into the current state of play across the sector.

“The results offer an authentic forecast of overall business confidence over the coming 12 months, enabling us to monitor change and trends in confidence and behaviours. I would urge senior leaders to contribute to this crucial sectoral assessment.”
