If you are an experienced workplace and facilities professional, you could be that special person in someone’s journey by becoming a mentor in the new IWFM Mentoring programme launching in summer 2023.
IWFM Mentoring: personal support for professional growth
IWFM Mentoring will be a free one-to-one career support service for members in professional grades and those with a studying membership. Apply to be a mentor below and soon you will be sharing your knowledge, experience, and skills to help others learn, shape their career, and grow into the professional they want to be.
Your mentee may want support with getting a firm grasp on their new role; advancing their career and achieving their goals; overcoming day-to-day challenges; developing their ideas; or growing their network. And just as your mentee benefits from your mentorship, so, too, will the profession as you help to uphold standards and elevate the industry’s leaders of tomorrow.
