28 November 2023 12pm – 1.30pm Zoom webinar

Overview

Recently, IWFM in collaboration with Planon, released our new Guidance Note ‘Building a digital maturity pathway for smart(er) organisations.’ The research seeks to help professionals at every level to realise the benefits of digital innovation, from increased productivity to lower costs, while overcoming challenges, such as fragmented data and sourcing tech-savvy staff. In a disrupted economy with increasingly competitive conditions, digital innovation is no longer just nice to have, it’s a vital element of organisational success, requiring professionals to get to grips with recent developments.

On Tuesday 28 November, from 12 to 1:30pm, join IWFM and our expert panel for a comprehensive insight of the key issues, actions to drive change and case studies of organisations that have embarked on the digital maturity journey.

This webinar puts interactivity and accessibility at the core, inviting all attendees to engage with polls and a Q&A, while the content is applicable to digital novices and experts alike.

On the panel you’ll discover:

  • granular insight into the technical aspects of building digital maturity

  • the importance of digital innovation to processes, from data-driven strategy to generative AI

  • in-depth case studies on organisations which have benefitted from digital maturity

  • best practices on digital innovation and how it can be applied to different organisational conditions.
