Wendy Sutherland

Personal development and leadership coach

Wendy Sutherland is currently in the first year of a PhD at Henley Business School, in addition to being a fully qualified personal development and leadership coach. After earning an MBA from Henley Business School in 2012, Wendy returned to complete an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change in 2024. These experiences enhanced her understanding of behavioural dynamics in professional settings, motivating her to explore age-related biases in the workplace. Additionally, her engagement with coaching and leadership development underscores her dedication to fostering inclusive environments where individuals of all ages can thrive.

Wendy has been a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and Institute of Hospitality for over ten years. She is a Trustee at Stratford School Academy, holding the role of Chair for the Curriculum and Standards Committee. Wendy was also on the Board of the Institute of Hospitality for five years, with two years served as Vice-Chair.
