Overview

Bringing members and guests together in the pursuit of sharing ideas and learning best practice in workplace and facilities management (FM) customer experience, the IWFM Customer Experience SIG’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) and winter networking event is being hosted at Liverpool John Moores University. 

As well as the formal AGM proceedings, the event will include an introduction from our hosts on their approach to delivering customer experience in a Higher Education environment with a focus on multiple customers, guest presentations from insight experts, followed by a panel discussion, refreshments, and an opportunity for networking. 

The AGM will start at 10:30am. Registration will open for the networking event at 1pm where refreshments will be served on arrival. When booking, please tell us (by ticking the relevant box) if you are joining us for the AGM, the networking event or both.
