Join the IWFM Scotland Region for this insightful half day event with speakers from Bureau Veritas, Zurich and from the founder and Chair of the Scottish Legionella Focus Group.
Our expert speakers will cover a range of subjects including an update on fire protection, emerging threats such as PFAS, pressure systems; from small vessels i.e. coffee machines to larger assets and the challenges that face us in complying with legionella legislation. As with all our events, there will be opportunities for networking and the event is CIPD accredited.

Working within the fire protection industry for around 14 years, 18 months ago I joined Zurich Resilience Solutions team as a Fire Protection Engineer supporting the Property Practice.
My journey into fire protection started after as at trainee sprinkler designer following completion of Product Design degree. Soon after, I would take on project engineering roles, which later led on to team leading and senior management for two fire protection businesses.
These roles and experiences enabled me to collect numerous LPCB design qualifications along the way. and additionally led into compliance management and quality control of various standards.
Jemma Tennant
Jemma boasts a wide breadth of knowledge and experience in the water treatment industry. With many strings to her bow, Jemma has worked in a range of positions from sales, servicing, technical, and operations management, to consulting, training, technical support and troubleshooting.
She is also a renowned expert within the sector as a representative of the Water Management Society at the LCA Management Committee, and a member of various other committees including Waterline. Jemma’s a founding member and Chair of the Scottish Legionella Focus Group.
