Webinar: join us for ‘Sustainability – What needs to change?'
Please join us and our panel for the findings of the 2021 Sustainability Survey in partnership with Inenco and to discuss key questions such as:
- the return to the workplace and how that looks
- net zero emissions – what does progress look like
- what is needed to close the gap between intent and action
- skills and capabilities in the sector.
The focus of the session will be to look at the key findings of the fourteenth Sustainability Survey Report, which looked at the impact of three areas on the progress of sustainability in the FM sector. How will the return to the workplace impact strategies in both the short and long term, especially as we’re clearly looking at a hybrid solution at least in the shorter term? What does this mean for priorities?
Net zero is another area looked at, especially within the context of the IPCC report and the run up to COP 26. Buildings and workplaces are being challenged to set and meet net zero targets, but how is the FM profession faring in delivering against these? What needs to change so that our profession impacts this most important agenda?
A last, but key area that the Survey investigated is whether the profession has the skills and capability to deliver against the challenges in these turbulent times.
Join the panel discussion to find out what the key lessons are from the Report, what the key challenges are to the profession and its Institute, and what we plan to do next to drive the agenda.
