19 October 2022 2pm – 3pm Webinar Online

Overview

IWFM continues our partnership with the NEC through the production of a series of practice notes relating to the Facilities Management Contract (FMC), which provide more detailed guidance on issues of concern to the workplace and facilities management sector.

The latest practice note, written by IWFM NEC Steering Group and International SIG member Andy Candelent considers this issue of using the FMC in a national, international or cross-border context.

Join Andy on this webinar hosted by Ross Hayes from the NEC to discuss the new practice note and the various approaches to contractual relationships that can be adopted, how the contract accommodates its use in other countries, some of the major issues that need to be considered, and what are the benefits of a standard contract even if there are changes to be made to work in complex arrangements.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the webinar.
