Kate Edwards

Health Development Director, Equity Solutions Group

Kate has over 20 years’ experience of working within the NHS as a health economist and strategic and operational health care planner.

Kate’s extensive experience in this field has seen her working at senior level across the NHS, and working alongside operational NHS delivery teams, clinicians, infection control, and estates and facilities management teams. Her responsibilities have included the delivery of exemplar healthcare environments that allow long term flexibility and continuous service improvement strategies for the benefit and safety of the patients and staff using healthcare facilities.

Kate works across the Equity Solutions Group providing strategic and operational healthcare planning services, which has seen the successful delivery of 21 Primary Healthcare Developments across the UK via the LIFT Programme.
