Overview

Please join us for the fifth of a series of webinars organised in the UAE by the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management. This event will feature panellists drawn from differing FM industry sectors who will discuss how, within their respective organisation and FM network, the current global pandemic and economic situation is affecting many of our FM-sector activities. They will also share their thoughts and experiences, collated over the last eight months, reflecting that we need to consider our approach to Determination and how it should be incorporated within our daily business priorities.

There will be three interactive straw polls taken during this one-hour session, with results published immediately. We’ll round up the event with a live Q&A session.

Evie Boustantzi

GM, bfm

Evie Boustantzi has an EMBA from LBS and a BA in Architecture, and is GM of bfm, the FM arm of Bloom Properties. With over 20 years in FM, construction and manufacturing, she was previously a consultant with EY and Mace. Her passion is to deliver sustainable, profitable growth for long-term value, through strategic transformation.

Lionel Prodgers

Consultant, Agents4RM

Lionel Prodgers is an international consultant, with Agents4RM, specialising in strategic management, organisational planning and service standards. Previously with ARK e-management, Siemens and Chesterton, he has worked in Facilities and Property Management for over 45 years, in Europe, the Middle East, S.E. Asia and Australasia.

Emily Ray

Professional Educator

Emily Ray studied International Management and Modern Languages at the University of Bath: she is a professional educator and French teacher, dedicated to supporting multicultural students. She is also renowned for leading a UAE campaign to highlight Angelman Syndrome, a little-known genetic disorder, and for turning the Burj Khalifa blue in 2020.
