Webinar: join us for ‘Transforming the future of work: in conversation with Nationwide’

Register your place now for episode 59 of ‘Navigating turbulent times’ when I am joined by Nationwide to discuss their mid-pandemic shift to flexible working: what they did, how they did it, and the challenges they have faced in helping their people to ‘work anywhere’.

Nationwide shared the news on 25 March 2021 that its teams could work from anywhere. Its chief executive, Joe Garner, said: ‘The last year has taught many of us that “how” we do our jobs is much more important than 'where' we do them from… We are putting our employees in control of where they work from, inviting them to “locate for their day” depending on what they need to achieve.’

Seven months on from the announcement, this webinar will discuss:

  • Nationwide’s ‘work anywhere’ approach
  • what drove the change across the strategic, operational and aspirational levels
  • the challenges they have faced and how they are solving them.
