Overview

‘Workplace wellbeing: from blurred lines to new frontiers’ with Sodexo

‘We are in an empowered age around health… not merely the absence of disease... feeling healthy, thriving, having community.’

‘People want an employer that cares about their health. We need community to recover from the pandemic. Place creates community.’

‘One positive from the pandemic is that FM is on the agenda of every C-Suite…employee experience is a critical part of wellbeing.’

‘Organisations start at the wrong end of wellbeing.’

Find out what these comments have in common by joining us Wednesday 19 January when industry experts discuss some of the main ideas and themes emerging from the IWFM wellbeing podcast series with Sodexo which explored the emergence, importance and significance of workplace wellbeing.

We’ll reflect on their application to the profession as enablers of good work (and to us as individuals).

We’ll explore wellbeing’s evolution; the new frontiers and responsibilities as pandemic moves to endemic; the relationship of wellbeing, good work and culture; the rise and role of connectivity, data and experience.
