We are a community of IWFM members who are passionate about inspiring and motivating individuals to choose workplace and facilities management as their career of choice.

We do this by:

  • engaging with schools, colleges and universities to showcase exciting career opportunities
  • demonstrating how being part of the profession provides opportunities to contribute to the biggest challenges facing our world
  • celebrating and nurturing the young people that choose to make the workplace and facilities management profession their home.

IWFM Networks focus on members who share common characteristics, such as gender or career entry routes. They enable us to understand and act upon the barriers that may exist when entering and progressing within the profession, and to make visible the opportunities available. The volunteers within the Networks will not only support the career development of a particular member cohort, but also play an ambassadorial role, providing challenge and insights on specific issues, and supporting public policy agendas where IWFM may need to respond.

Visit us on LinkedIn for the latest discussion, updates and events.

If you have a question about our Network, please contact our Chair or IWFM’s Community team directly.

Please read and familiarise yourself with the IWFM Community groups forum rules before posting or commenting in any group.
