Andrew Hulbert joins IWFM board

News

Congratulations to Andrew Hulbert, FIWFM, who was voted on to the Board as non-executive director for the first time at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 30 September, becoming our youngest serving member.

Founder and Managing Director of Pareto FM, Andrew’s experience spans across all service lines, both managed and self-delivered, in the UK and Europe, as well as extensive experience in law, investment banking, retail, managing agent, media, hotels, TV studios and ICT sectors. He founded Pareto Facilities Management in 2014, going on to become ‘one of the fastest growing FM Services providers within the sector’. Andrew has an MSc in Facility and Environment Management from UCL and has volunteered for IWFM in various capacities for over eight years.

Due to the ongoing circumstances surrounding COVID-19, our AGM was held virtually from our Head Office in Bishop’s Stortford. Delivering his first IWFM AGM was Chairman Martin Bell, who was joined by CEO Linda Hausmanis, Co-Opted Non-Executive Director, Paul Ash, and Director of Insight and Engagement Chris Moriarty.
