Overview
The IWFM is pleased to release our leadership and governance survey results for the second year running with some encouraging signs of progress in our diversity. IWFM published its EDI public statement in November 2021 in which we committed to improving EDI across IWFM, the membership and the profession. As part of our aim to increase diversity, we need to continue to turn the lens on ourselves and assess how well we’re doing in setting an example and where we must do better.
