In the fast-moving world of workplace and facilities management (WFM), standing still means going backwards. For professionals to advance, organisations to stay ahead and IWFM to be as effective as possible, it’s vital to prioritise skills.

Supported by our suite of qualifications and training courses, our mission is to enable WFMs to gain the fundamental skills they need to navigate future challenges and opportunities. To this end we’re preparing to launch our 2024 Skills Survey.

In the coming weeks, WFM professionals from the frontline to the C-suite are invited to take part in the research. The survey intends to discover the competencies and behaviours that WFM professionals need to succeed at every career level. Designed to be completed in less than 20 minutes while gathering the most salient insights, IWFM encourages the community to complete and share the survey far and wide.

As broad an array of responses as possible will help IWFM to validate today’s competencies, produce representative research and better shape future initiatives.

Stay up to date with IWFM on Facebook, LinkedIn and X for more information on the survey’s launch and how you can take part.
