Mark Barrell

Design Director, Boss Design

Mark Barrell is an experienced design professional with a career spanning over two decades in the industry.  As the Design Director at Boss Design since 2004, Mark has demonstrated strong leadership and creativity in design projects.  Prior to this role, Mark served as Design Manager at H J Berry from 1998 to 2004.  Mark holds a degree from the Arts University Bournemouth, where studies were completed from 1994 to 1997, and attended The Sixth Form College in Colchester from 1991 to 1993. 

Kam Singh

Director of Carbon Solutions, EMCOR UK

Kam oversees carbon management, sustainability, social value, and equality, diversity and inclusivity for EMCOR UK and its clients. Key objectives for Kam include leading the ESG strategy, monitoring and reporting ESG metrics, and advising clients on ESG reporting requirements.

Kam, a chartered engineer and MBA-qualified executive with more than 30 years of experience, joined EMCOR UK in 2022 as director of carbon solutions. He has been leading EMCOR UK’s Carbon Transformation service. Kam stated that the ESG role demonstrates EMCOR UK’s commitment to creating a better work environment and engaging with global trends.
