Hear from experts from the IWFM People Development Special Interest Group (SIG) alongside a special guest speaker as we explore how to build your personal brand and uncover practical strategies to recruit, train, and retain top workplace and facilities management talent.
There will also be an opportunity to speak to us about the support that IWFM offers for professional development and careers and we will have a focused networking opportunity after the speaker for attendees to build valuable connections with the FM industry ran by our comittee members Lee Gill and Sam Chughtai.

Please arrive by 5:30pm for registration, ahead of the speaker presentation which will begin promptly at 6:00pm. Refreshments and light nibbles will be provided.

Aliyah is a Senior Professional Development Advisor at IWFM with a strong background in careers and employability. She specialises in supporting professionals to advance their careers through tailored development programs.
Helen Kenyon
Helen is a Facilities Director with over 18 years of cross-industry experience covering sectors such as research, residential, hospitality and defence. She has spent her career driving strategic transformation, leading change programmes, and adopting a proactive approach to aligning business objectives with long term goals.
As a strong advocate for team and personal development, Helen also serves as the Deputy Chair of the IWFM People Development SIG.
Rachael Lee
In early 2024, Rachael launched the Facilities Management division at Winner Recruitment, bringing over 8 years of industry experience and a passion for connecting top talent with operational excellence. Originally headhunted from finance, Rachael has built her career on trust, respect, and a commitment to both clients and candidates.
Rachael specialises in end-to-end recruitment, talent pipelining, and strategic hiring for FM roles—ranging from Facilities Managers to Technical Specialists. Her deep sector knowledge enables her to identify candidates who thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments, especially with trends like smart buildings and sustainability shaping the industry.
Rachael is also passionate about team development—watching consultants grow is one of the most rewarding parts of her role. Outside work, Rachel enjoy history, art, and giving back through Ladies Circle, supporting local communities and charities.
