Overview

Join us for the final webinar of a three-part series hosted by the IWFM Technology Special Interest Group (SIG).

This session, The Informed Client, will shine a spotlight on the critical role of standards, regulation and client leadership in shaping digital excellence across the built environment. As the pace of innovation accelerates and the sector grapples with increasing complexity how can clients become more informed, intentional and impactful in their digital strategies?

Our expert panel will unpack:

  • The standards and initiatives redefining digital expectations in WFM
  • How organisations can align with best practice to reduce risk, ensure value and drive performance
  • The shift from reactive supplier-led models to proactive, data-informed client leadership
  • Practical tools and pathways for clients to engage more confidently with digital technologies, from BIM to AI

From commissioning services, managing portfolios or influencing digital strategy we will aim to look at how we support the drive to real outcomes and value in WFM.
