Impact Awards

It’s time to wow the world with your brilliant achievements because the workplace and facilities management industry’s most prestigious event, the IWFM Impact Awards 2020, is now open for entries.

Previously called the IWFM Awards, the Awards has re-emerged for 2020 – its twentieth anniversary – as the IWFM Impact Awards to underline the impact the profession has on the organisations it serves and to celebrate the people, processes and products making a daily difference to the workplace experiences of millions.

New and refined categories

New for 2020, the Awards has five new categories in a refined list of 15, which has been updated by an expert panel to best reflect the profession’s reach and diversity. This includes a re-vamp of the ever-popular Team of the Year award, which now gives more teams, wherever they work, the opportunity to shine.

The panel has also streamlined the entry criteria to help entrants: find the right category to showcase their brilliance; better understand what the judges will be looking for.

The 15 IWFM Impact Awards categories are:

  • Asset Excellence (new for 2020)
  • Collaboration
  • Manager of the Year
  • Newcomer of the Year
  • People Development
  • Positive Climate Action
  • Product of the Year (new for 2020)
  • Social Value
  • Team of the Year: private sector
  • Team of the Year: public and third sector
  • Technology
  • Trailblazer
  • Wellbeing (new for 2020)
