IWFM published its EDI public statement in November 2021 in which we committed to improving EDI across IWFM, the membership and the profession. As part of our aim to increase diversity, we need to turn the lens on ourselves and assess how wellwe’re doing and where we must do better. While we are addressing our overall lack of data across the organisation and our membership, until our systems approach is complete, one of our methodologies is through ad hoc surveys including of our governance and leadership structure, a small but important target audience.
