IWFM Mentoring prepares for launch as over 100 seasoned FMs register to support members

In preparation for the imminent launch of the IWFM Mentoring programme, we asked experienced workplace and facilities management practitioners to come forward and help other members in their careers, and we have been thrilled with the overwhelming response. Already, over 100 members have signed up to be mentors and we thank them all for their selfless commitment to helping FMs, and the sector, develop and advance.  

IWFM Mentoring, which is due to launch in August, will be a free one-to-one career support service for members in professional grades and those with a studying membership. Once a member registers to be a mentee, they will be matched with a mentor with the knowledge, experience, and skills to help them learn, shape their career, and grow into the professional they want to be.
