4 December 2024 12pm – 1pm Zoom webinar

Overview

Join us from 12pm to 1pm UK time on Wednesday 4 December to learn more about the IWFM Sustainability Survey Report 2024, in partnership with our sustainability partner Equans UK & Ireland. The Report is based on the insight of 537 workplace and facilities management (WFM) professionals surveyed this year. The research was conducted in close collaboration with our Sustainability Special Interest Group (SIG) and at this webinar, our expert panel will illuminate the findings further, delving into a range of key topics and aiming to provide further guidance based on the findings of the report to viewers.

Discover more about the type of organisational investments being made, how innovative mixed solutions make a difference to carbon emissions and, ultimately, WFM’s vital role in driving positive, lasting sustainability change.

Key findings from the report include:

  • There is now widespread intent for organisations to meet the 2050 deadline for net zero, with a notable 75% of organisations expecting to reach it. This represents progress from our 2022 Sustainability Survey, which found that just 53% of organisations had a clear net zero target and roadmap.
  • Real progress in planning for energy efficiency and decarbonisation, with 56% of organisations undertaking it, a 19 percentage point rise from 2023.
  • Just over half of WFM professionals play central roles in drawing up organisational sustainability plans, even as our research demonstrates these professionals have a strong impact on sustainability outcomes when they lead.
  • Up to date insight on scope 3, including uptake and impact on feasibility of net zero plans.

Secure your spot for the webinar and gain actionable insights on accelerating your journey to net zero.
