The Times’ Raconteur has published its latest ‘Hybrid Working’ report, including an article by our Chief Executive Linda Hausmanis on why organisations should be wary of adopting a prescriptive model which dictates to workers where they should work and when.

‘The most common hybrid working strategy appears to be a prescribed number of days in the office and at home. It’s practical for distancing, avoids acres of empty office space and breathes life back into urban centres. But before we diarise our office days and move on, it’s worth taking a moment to reflect on a key lesson from the past 18 months: that we should think about work less as a destination and more as an activity.’
