If you are a member in Wales, join us for a virtual taster tour of all the resources that are available for you on the IWFM website. If you’re not a member, come and find out how becoming a member can benefit your career, or just how the IWFM Wales/Cymru LinkedIn group can be of use to you.

Also come and meet the new Wales/Cymru Regional Committee and see what exciting events we have planned for you in 2026 and beyond. Be a part of shaping the future of FM in Wales!

The Committee is here to deliver for you and support education, career building, navigate new legislation and tackling day to day issues we face by determining and highlighting best practice and knowledge sharing.

Speakers

Lisa-Marie Blackler

Gower College Swansea

In my role within the Estates Department at Gower College Swansea, I provide administrative support that ensures smooth facilities operations, giving me a solid understanding of the challenges in facilities management. Last year, I completed the IWFM Level 2 Certificate in Facilities Services Principles and plan to start Level 3 this year. Joining the committee will help me broaden my sector knowledge, contribute to its future, and develop professionally through engagement with industry experts. My degree in Surface Pattern Design has equipped me with creativity, attention to detail, and insight into how design impacts user experience—skills that complement my administrative expertise and offer fresh perspectives on workplace aesthetics, branding, and sustainability.
