- Part A: Mapping your role in sustainability Map your sustainability influence across WFM functions and relationships, and clarify the difference between what you control, what you influence, and what you can enable. Learn why you don’t need seniority to make a meaningful difference—and how clarity and intent can unlock your impact today.
Understand how sustainability action begins with recognising what’s already in your hands. Explore the control–influence–enable model for FM and reflect on how your existing responsibilities, touchpoints and relationships already position you to drive real-world change. - Part B: Prioritising what matters most Prioritise low barrier actions that deliver fast, meaningful sustainability improvements – no hierarchy required. Identify opportunities for energy, materials and data improvements that sit firmly within your operational scope.
Use effort versus impact thinking to identify where to start, act quickly and channel your energy where it makes the greatest difference. Explore practical examples in cleaning, maintenance and procurement, and learn how behavioural influence and user engagement amplify even the smallest actions

How long is it for?
Each episode should take you no more than 20-minutes, however you will have 120 days of access granted upon payment to complete the content and assessment, so it can be broken up to fit around even the busiest of schedules.
