ROWI

If your organisation is creating a new workplace or redesigning your existing one, we would love to hear from you.

Five years ago, the Stoddart Review published ‘The workplace advantage’. It was a landmark report which remains a beacon for demonstrating the contribution that workplace optimisation can make to organisational success, including boosting productivity.

Now, IWFM’s Research and Insight team, Liverpool Business School and Workplace Unlimited have launched a tool that could put a figure on the value of effective workplace design.

The ROWI Tool

The Return on Workplace Investment Tool, or ROWI Tool for short, is for determining the impact of workplace projects on organisational performance. It has been developed for use in high-level cost-benefit analysis assessments for new fit-out or refurbishment projects to factor in this additional value, so they no longer depend on cost alone.

You can find out more by reading the summary ROWI report here.
