os Ewart is the Founder of FM Edge and Executive Director of Fern Rose Recruitment, specialising exclusively in facilities management. After years in FM recruitment, she recognised the need to elevate the voices shaping the sector. Through FM Edge and her upcoming podcast, Raw – The Untold Story, she spotlights leadership, careers and impact. Ros advises organisations on hiring for capability, culture and long-term potential, while helping professionals position themselves strategically.
Jamie Sharples
With 6 ½ years at Hays as a recruitment consultant specialising in facilities management, I now manage permanent facilities and maintenance recruitment across the South East. AIWFM accredited, I’m also an active member of the IWFM Rising FMs Network committee, contributing to the development and visibility of emerging FM professionals.
