News

The IWFM Impact Awards judging process sits at the heart of recognising excellence across workplace and facilities management.

Refined and strengthened over many years, the process is designed to be robust, transparent and independent. Every entry is assessed through two rigorous rounds of judging before our finalists are revealed, ensuring that those shortlisted truly represent the very best in the industry.

After the entry deadline, all submissions are scored against the category criteria in round one. Applicants will be notified by mid-June 2026 if they have progressed.

Successful entries in eligible categories will be invited to a virtual round two interview on 7-8 July 2026 (up to 45 minutes).

Finalists will be announced on 28 July 2026, with winners revealed on 8 October 2026 at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London.
